About Kerry Express
Kerry Express is a large-scale express logistics organization that operates across Southeast Asia, in such major markets as Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Malaysia. It provides users with E2E express logistics services, spanning reservation, payment, and logistics information tracking.
Challenges
- Users need to use the Kerry Express app to search for nearby Kerry Express outlets, or make an express pickup reservation, in order to send packages. This service model has proved challenging for Kerry Express, as it involves assisting users with precise positioning services.
- If a user chooses to send an express package at an outlet, they prefer to do so at the closest available outlet. However, the outlet recommended on the Kerry Express app was often not the closest option, due to inaccurate user positioning. This compromised the overall user experience.
- If the user made an express pickup reservation instead, they needed to manually enter the pickup address, which prolonged the process, and could prove inconvenient.

With the fused location capability in Location Kit, Kerry Express has implemented the precise location function.
