Description

Android-Java

Provides independent Android app APIs developed in Java. These APIs allow your app to integrate Publisher Service, including various ad formats, as well as obtain the OAID and install referrer information.

Android-JavaScript

Provides APIs developed in JavaScript. These APIs allow your app to integrate most of the capabilities provided by Publisher Service, excluding roll and splash ads.

REST

Provides HTTPS-based cloud service APIs for your app to directly obtain the monetization data after integrating Publisher Service.

Term

Description

OAID

OAID stands for Open Advertising Identifier. It is a non-permanent device identifier used for personalized advertising.

Client

Software system that obtains data through the Publisher Service Reporting API.

Key

Key for each client to obtain an access token.

access_token

A credential required by the server to authenticate API requests. The credential is obtained through the /oauth2/v3/token API. Its default validity period is 1 hour. Once an access token expires, a new access token needs to be obtained.

VAST

Video Ad Serving Template.

Linear ad

Video ads that appear before (pre-roll), after (post-roll), or during a break in video content (mid-roll).

Ad pod

An ad pod allows a group of ads to be shown in sequence.
