The country/region in your identity information is set to the one you have chosen during account registration and cannot be changed. If you want to use another country/region, you are advised to register a new account.
Check whether the verification email has been moved to your junk email folder or whether the verification SMS message has been blocked by your device. If you still can't find the verification code, contact our customer service to submit a ticket. Our support personnel will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
This may be due to changes to service agreements. Since it's not possible to sign agreements using a member account, you'll need to contact your account holder or legal affairs personnel to sign them instead, after which you'll be able to sign in to HUAWEI AppGallery once again. To obtain the contact information of your account holder or legal affairs personnel, sign in to the HUAWEI Developers console, and go to Developer center > Settings > My profile, where you'll see the information.
